Make room for
the right cover.
A cruise can involve several destinations and time at sea. Tell the provider that you are cruising, include the countries on your itinerary and check whether cruise cover or an extension is required.
Cover is subject to insurer acceptance, policy terms, limits and exclusions. Always read the policy documents before you buy.

- Whether the policy includes your cruise

Good to know
before you go.
What is the difference between single trip and annual cover?
Single-trip cover is for one journey. An annual multi-trip policy covers multiple trips during its period of insurance, subject to the maximum length of each trip and the other limits shown in the policy.
How do I know what my policy covers?
Check the policy wording, schedule and insurance product information document. These explain the benefits, limits, exclusions and excesses. Ask the provider if anything is unclear before you buy.
What is a policy excess?
An excess is the amount you may need to pay towards a claim. The amount and how it applies are set out in your policy schedule and wording, and may differ between sections of cover.
