About our Insurance Service

Our Travel Insurance is a trading style of Park Place Insurance Services Ltd who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under registration number 306013 .  Park Place Insurance is a general insurance intermediary, established since 1991.  This can be confirmed by going to the FCA website at www.fca.gov.uk/register or by calling them on 0845 606 1234.

We only offer products from a limited number of companies who are authorised and regulated by the FCA.

It is your responsibility to check your documentation carefully once received and advise us immediately if you require any amendments to be made.  Failure to do so may invalidate a claim.

We do not charge any administration fees.

If you wish to cancel your policy you may do so at any time.  We can offer you a full refund of your premium if you decide to cancel within 14 days of receipt of your policy documents.  Please return the policy documents to exercise this right.  If you have already travelled or claimed within this 14 day cooling off period you may not qualify for a premium refund.  No refunds will be given for policies cancelled outside the cooling off period.

We are authorised as agents to collect premiums on behalf of the Insurers.  Premiums are treated as being received by the Insurers when they are received into our bank account.  Refund of premiums will be treated as received by you when they are paid over to you.
